Hello,

I have the most basic of HTA's at the moment which I am building on.

I have a few checkboxes and a couple of boxes and a couple of buttons.

However to get the spacing correct I have just used   lots of times to position it which I know is not the best way of doing things but I dont know of any other way.

Please could someone assist so I can sort out my code so its is much better?

You could use a table, or multiple tables.

I have added your code into a table. The table has 3 columns but where you only had 2 I used Colspan, which you will see on a couple rows.
To see the border change the 0 on this line <table border="0"> to 1

Tables are great, you can also use absolute positioning

style="position:absolute; left:0;top:0;"
